Warranty

We stand behind every STRATE product.

DEFENDER is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@stratepickleball.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We'll review your claim and, if covered under warranty, repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or surface wear.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Lost or stolen products.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
