Everything you need to know about your preorder — when it ships, how it gets to you, and what to do if anything changes.
What preorder means
DEFENDER is available to preorder now. You’re reserving a pair from the first production run. When manufacturing completes, orders ship in the order they were placed.
When you’re charged
Your card is charged at the time of order. Your launch price is locked in and your spot in the shipping queue is reserved the moment you check out.
When it ships
Preorders ship in the order they were received, starting early September. If the production timeline shifts, we’ll email you before your original ship window — no surprises.
How you’ll know it’s on the way
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your DEFENDER heads out. From ship to doorstep is typically 3–5 business days. All preorders ship USPS.
Where we ship
US only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap for after the first production run — join the waitlist to be first to know.
Need to change your address?
Moved since you preordered? Email us and we’ll update the destination. Once your order is handed off to the carrier we can’t redirect it.
Need to cancel?
You can cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before it ships. Just email us with your order number.
