Returns

Items may be returned within 45 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be in their original condition and include all original packaging.

To start a return, email support@stratepickleball.com with your order number. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help. We offer free size exchanges, including return shipping within the United States.

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different color, you’re welcome to do so within 45 days, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with color exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right.
