What DEFENDER can do—and what it can’t.
DEFENDER is designed to help protect your eyes during pickleball by reducing the risk of injury from ball impacts. Like all protective equipment, it cannot eliminate the risk of injury and is not intended to protect against every possible impact, including paddle strikes or other collisions.
Assumption of risk
Pickleball carries an inherent risk of eye and facial injury. By purchasing and using DEFENDER, you acknowledge and accept those risks. STRATE LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of DEFENDER during play, practice, or any other activity.
